Electric Bikes

All electric bikes purchased have a 7 days returns policy. A full refund will be provided minus the following:

• Cost to repair any damage.
• Current full weekly rental fee for same bike range. For example if a bike is returned after 7 days, and the full weekly rental fee is $99, then a fee of $99 will be withheld by Jot Bikes.
• Return shipping cost (if applicable). 

Everything Else

A restocking fee is a charge of 15% of the original purchase price applied to products purchased directly from jotbikes.com.au and that are returned within the 7-day return policy. Returned products must still be sealed in brand new condition.

Note: Restocking fees are not applied when a product is returned due to a defect.
