Useless, Took over 2 x weeks to ship the bag and when I emailed to find out what was happening with it they said the bags are on back order (No Mention of this on the website when purchasing) tried multiple times to cancel order via email, told it was cancelled but it was still shipped.

bag is good, no issues after a couple fo months usage. Improvements: - maybe velcro for the lid for faster opening, zips are holding up anyway, so no issues - some kind of spacer for th inside to handle unbalanced loads and to keep items separate
