Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure (e.g. electrical failure in the battery, motor or charger) and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns
Electric Bikes
All electric bikes purchased have a 7 days returns policy. A full refund will be provided minus the following:
Cost to repair any damage.
Current full weekly rental fee for same bike range. For example if a bike is returned after 7 days, and the full weekly rental fee is $99, then a fee of $99 will be withheld by Jot Bikes.
Return shipping cost (if applicable).
Everything Else
A restocking fee is a charge of 15% of the original purchase price applied to products purchased directly from jotbikes.com.au and that are returned within the 7-day return policy. Returned products must still be sealed in brand new condition.
Note: Restocking fees are not applied when a product is returned due to a defect.
