Where do I pick up the electric bike from?

You can collect your electric bike from one of our stores in Sydney and Melbourne. View Locations

What do I need to have with me when picking up an ebike?

You will only need to bring your credit / debit card, and your Passport / Australian Driver's license with you.

How much is the bond?

We require a $200 bond, which will fully be refunded if you return the bike with no damage. You can pay your bond by card.

What is included in the price?

Your e-bike will come with battery charger, helmet, front and back lights, secure lock and phone holder. The rental fee also includes free general maintenance service.

Is there a joining fee?

There is a $50 joining fee for all new rental plans. This is to cover the cost of onboarding you onto the bike and supplying the included accessories.

Is servicing included?

Your rental includes free general maintenance. You can book a service through our website or Jot App. Any damage made by the rider must be paid for.

Am I covered if my ebike is stolen?

All rentals can add an optional theft waiver that protects you if your ebike is stolen.

Which electric bike will I receive?

You can select which electric bike you would like in-store. This is subject to availability and an addition fee may be applied for premium model electric bikes.
